Utility-Scale Solar Project Registration Portal

Welcome to the new North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Utility-Scale Solar Project Registration Portal. Utility-Scale Solar Project Owners can complete the registration process and pay fees required by SL 2023-58 via this portal, and view, update, and track information for each of their projects located in NC. Please review the Registration Guidance Document prior to filling out the registration form.

  • My Invoices  

    This page shows invoices that you are responsible for. Since there are several applications that can generate an invoice, you may have to use the view selector to view invoices for various purposes. The default view shows invoices where you are listed as the contact on the invoice.
